Born 13th April 1979 in Hong Kong. British Nationality

Hannah started learning to ride in Hong Kong at the age of 6. She was an active member and competitor in the Hong Kong Pony Club. Her first taste of international success in the dressage arena came at the age of 14, in which she won the Samsung/FEI Dressage Competition. From the age of 16, she have gained experience working with many top international trainers under the BYRDS scheme, at Catherston Stud with Jennie Loriston-Clarke, in Germany with Christilot Boylen, Udo Lange and Georg Theoduresco, and recently, Angela Niemeyer Eastwood. Hannah has been running her own yard as a British Dressage National Trainer for 6 years and is an active member of the Pyramid Trainers scheme.

  • 1996 & 1997 British Junior Team at European Dressage Championships
  • 1996 & 1997 British Junior National Dressage Champion.
  • 1998 Competed internationally in Landau, Germany and at Ebreichsdorf CDI,
  • 1999 Regional Advanced Medium Champion British Young Riders Team, Blarney Castle, Ireland.
  • 2000 Competed at Windsor Castle and at the Summer Regional Championships.
  • 2001 Competed in the Winter Final Championships.
  • 2002 Competed in the 4yr old International Young Horse Championships
  • 2003 Competed in Winter Final Championships
  • 2004 Competed in 5yr old International Young Horse Championships, Summer Regionals, and Winter Final Championships.
  • 2005 Reserve Champion and 3rd place at 6yr old International Young Horse Championships, Competed in Summer Regional and National Finals and Competed at Winter Semi Finals.
  • 2006 Competed at the Winter Final and Summer Regional Championships. Competed at the Derby House Young Dressage Horse of the Future Championship held at Badminton House.
    Champion Novice Freestyle to Music at UK National Spanish Breed Championships.

Hannah currently owns 2 competition horses.

Weltzin, 7yr old Premium Graded and licensed stallion. A grandson of the famous Weltmeyer, he was crowned Reserve Champion at the Rhinegold International Young Horse Championships. He is working at Prix St Georges level.

Demaskus, home bred and home produced 8yr old gelding. Son of Demonstrator, he is a very impressive horse with an equally impressive record. Now working at PSG level, he has qualified for countless championships and been well placed in all.

Learcus, a 19yr old Holstein gelding. We competed together up to Intermediare I. 'Leo' is well trained in all the advanced movements and has an exceptional temperament, all of which means he is the ideal schoolmaster.
